Shipping & Returns
Free lettermail shipping applies any combination of up to five cards and/or stickers, due to weight restrictions on stamps. Note that lettermail shipping does not include tracking, and therefore there are no guarantees on delivery timelines.
If your order contains more than five items, you will be provided with tracked shipping options at checkout.
Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. If you have an urgent order request, please get in touch as we’ll see what we can do!
Most shipped items within Canada reach their destination within 5 business days, while the rest of Canada typically take 5-7 business days. Items headed for the U.S can take anywhere from 7-10 business days, depending on location.
Due to covid, many shipping carriers are still experiencing delays so these timelines are approximations only. Canada Post specifically is still not guaranteeing delivery time.
At checkout, you have the option of selecting:
- Standard (Free): This is regular/lettermail (stamps).
- Express (Tracked): This is expedited/tracked packet USA.
Please note that if "Standard (Free)" shipping is selected you will not receive a tracking number. Once these packages are shipped there is no way for us to look up their status.
If you have any concerns with your order not arriving, please send us a note with your order number and order date. Due to covid delays, we will wait 2-3 weeks (depending on location) before opening an inquiry with the shipping carrier for tracked mail. Sending out replacements for regular/lettermail parcels will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
A tracking number is only included if you select Expedited shipping (Canada) or Tracked Packet USA at checkout. Tracked shipping is always recommended, however we understand shipping rates can be pricey.
Yes absolutely! If you’d like to have the front of a card modified with custom text (with no new illustrations) pricing starts at $15 CAD. Please fill out this form for customizations.
That can usually be done, depending on the size! All prints are listed at 8" x 10" in but if you’d like a different size please send a message and we can provide a custom quote. Some other sizes we’ve done are 5" x 7" and 11" x 17".
The cardstock we use is made from 100% post consumer waste, meaning no new trees were cut down to create this paper. It is also acid free, chlorine free, Rainforest Alliance certified, Ancient forest friendly, & made using biogas energy. We package all cards/stickers in an eco-clear, compostable sleeve that is plastic-free and instead made with plant-based PLA. Read more about our commitment to sustainability.
We work with Zap Creatives as a production partner for all stickers. All stickers are made with responsibly sourced papers from managed woodland and are 100% PVC free/recyclable. They are backed with a waterbased permanent acrylic adhesive.
They even send their orders with Jiffy green range of mailers, which are made with a minimum of 75% recycled materials and are 100% recyclable, compostable and biodegradable after use. Read more about our commitment to sustainability.
We’ve tested these stickers ourselves and they have held up so well on various surfaces (water bottles and laptops). They are weather and waterproof, and if placed outdoors are best for short to medium term applications.
I do! All greeting cards, stickers and art prints are hand-illustrated and hand-lettered by Brittany of Holyome Design Co.
For small batch and print-to-order cards/prints, we print everything ourself in the studio on an Epson Ecotank printer. For larger orders and holidays, we work with a local printer. Stickers are printed through Zap Creatives.

We operate Monday-Friday from 9am - 5pm EST. We can sometimes be reached on Instagram outside of these hours, but cannot guarantee a quick response.
Unfortunately, you can only apply them one at a time. For instance, if you wanted to use the first-time signup code from our newsletter with the bundling discount for our greeting cards, that is not possible.
